- Occupancy Standard – A maximum of two persons per sleeping area/bedroom are allowed (studio maximum occupants are two and a 1-bedroom maximum occupants is two). Persons under six (6) years of age are not considered in this calculation.
- Age – Lease holder(s) must be 18 years or older. All occupants 18 years or older (and emancipated minors) are required to complete an application, even if living with parent or guardian.
